How the application process works
- 1
Apply
Fill in a short form with your academic background, subject strengths, tutoring experience and availability. It should only take a few minutes.
- 2
Send a short explanation video
If it looks like there could be a good fit, we'll ask you to send a quick video of up to 5 minutes explaining an admissions-test or A-Level style problem. This does not need to be polished. A simple phone recording is fine. We are not judging video quality - we just want to see how clearly you explain concepts and communicate your thinking.
- 3
Have a short call
The final step is a short 15-minute call. We'll ask a few questions about your experience and availability, and part of the call may involve us acting as the student so we can see how you respond to questions in real time.
After that, we'll let you know whether we think there is a strong fit. Successful tutors complete a short onboarding process before being matched with suitable students.
Join our early tutor intake
We are currently adding a small number of trusted STEM tutors as demand grows. Strong tutors may receive priority student matching, profile placement on the website, and future opportunities as the programme expands.
